In two days, the Sketch Group team flies out to sponsor our first-ever international conference: the 2026 EOS Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.
Around 1,400 business owners and EOS experts will descend on the city for two and a half days of learning, conversation, and networking, and we’ll be right in the thick of it.
Here’s what we’re getting up to:
- Visually capturing the keynotes live, in real time
- Running an IdeaSketch™ activation (with a Sketchnoting Starter Kit up for grabs)
- Giving away goodies, including brand new Visual Thinking Types schwag and a stash of our favourite Aussie chocolates and treats
- Formally launching the Visual Operating System (VOS™)
That last one is the big one.
A bit of backstory
We’ve been running Sketch Group on EOS for a few years now. Over time, we noticed something: many of the strategic visuals we were creating for clients naturally mapped onto the way EOS helps businesses see and run themselves. The VisionSketch™ brought 10-year targets to life. The ProcessSketch™ turned proven methods into assets people actually used. The ValuesSketch™ gave core values depth and resonance that a slide deck never could.
Slowly, a pattern emerged. These visual snapshots, when viewed together, formed a visual layer on top of how a business thinks. We started calling that layer the Visual Operating System.
What is VOS™?
VOS stands for Visual Operating System, our collection of strategic visual tools that give businesses a clearer view of themselves.
Put simply: VOS makes EOS visual.
